I’m Amy - founder of ACtivate and someone who’s spent the last 25 years in the trenches of fulfillment and operations.

I didn’t fall into this industry. I chose it.

In 1999, I co-founded Fulfillment Works, back when ecommerce was just getting started and 3PL wasn’t even a common term. Over the next two decades, we built something real - a business that grew with our clients, solved tough logistics problems, and eventually exited through acquisition.

But what really shaped me wasn’t the exit - it was the everyday.
The warehouse walks. The tech meetings. The 7 a.m. client calls and late-night packaging puzzles. I know what this work feels like, because I lived it.

Now, through ACtivate, I help brands navigate growth without the chaos.
I bring calm to complexity, structure to scale, and experience that’s been earned, not theorized.

I’m passionate about getting things unstuck - and just as passionate about building systems that actually work for the people running them.
