In 1999, I co-founded Fulfillment Works, LLC - a 3PL before most people had even heard the term.

The space was undefined, the playbook didn’t exist - but we built it anyway. Over the next 22 years, we scaled the business, partnered with hundreds of brands (including some of the biggest names in eCommerce), and exited through acquisition. But more than that, I lived every part of it - on the warehouse floor, in client meetings, and deep in tech conversations. I didn’t just oversee operations - I was in them.

That experience shaped how I think, lead, and solve. I know what gets messy when brands start to scale - and exactly how to untangle it. Today, I lead ACtivate, LLC - a boutique consulting firm helping founders, operators, and growing brands find clarity when it counts.

I focus on calm strategy, clean execution, and traction that lasts.
